Poor customer sevice

I live in Canada, I bought a car in Red deer,Alberta last week,Decided to find a shipping company to bring my car to Ontario, then I found ABR shipping from Internet, at beginning, they reply emails at least once a day. The drop off date was June 24th, I transferred all money by email transfer with password before the date. After I transferred money, then they dont reply me emails and dont pick up phones. I found a guy,he is working for ABR shipping, when I ask what time do they come to pick up my car, he just said he doesn't know anything. Then I found many many nagtive reviews about this company, I havent seen positve one. The lucky thing is, they havent accepted the e transfer online. Then I took all money back.
