I run a small business and needed some items delivered to a client in state that I just was not able to transport myself. The size of the load was ubelievably large and it was a largest sale as of yet. It was incredibly easy to use the transport service. From the moment I picked up the phone and called in the order, the customer service representative was very polite took all of my information and was extremely helpful. I was unsure of the procedure because I had never used it before and she walked me through it with ease and answered all of my questions. The delivery truck driver was on time to pick up the shipment, was extremely careful with everything as well as being helpful and very polite. He picked up the shipment and was on his way within the hour. We had the shipment scheduled to arrive in 36 hours but he delivered early and our customer was extremely pleased, they even called to personally thank us and place their next order. I will continue to use ABC Logistics, Inc. and I will definitely recommend their service to my colleagues. I could not have asked for a better first time transport experience. Thank you ABC Logistics for keeping me and my customer in mind and delivering impeccable service!
