The worst moving experience!

My son hired this company to transport his car from Texas to Illinois. The pick up was late by several hours and we had to drive to a public parking lot at 10:30 PM for the car to be loaded, which was not part of the agreement. The delivery was a nightmare! No one called us when the car was expected to be delivered and no one answered our calls either. When we finally got to speak with Cathy a few days after the scheduled delivery, she told us that the driver had tried calling us several times and we would now have to pay an additional $125 for re-delivery of the car. We asked Cathy to provide a phone log since we never received any calls from the driver and he never returned any of our calls. She refused saying that she did not want to play games. Not sure what that means since we were willing to share our call log with her.

Be warned - this company is operated by people who are out to fleece you. They are highly unprofessional, rude and unreliable. The only reason my son hired them was because their rates were lower, but that was before paying the additional $125. We are convinced that this is a scam and after reading the other reviews it is clear that these people are not to be trusted.
