I scheduled a pickup 30 days in advance for pickup from fortlauderdale to georgia I called 7 days in advance to see if i was stll scheduled and then last 3 days to confim my pick up, i was stll on schedule for pick up , I was at the designated place waiting for pickup ,nobody called for 2 hours, i called and asked whats happening , the lady couldnt ell me if I was going to be picked up, she kept telling me, she didnt know where the driver was,each time i called she say she'll return mycall in 10 minutes," right" i waited and waited, till i had to call again I told her I was still waiting,from 9am till 7pm and nobody showed, she kept making excuses,had no knowledge of her driver and say she been doing this business for 5 years and say she would call me when she hear from the driver, to leave my car and they would pick it up ..I have since call Avenderle my car is home and still no call fromm this company. this is very poor service, and now I am so glad they didnt pick it up ...thankGod!!
