My vehicle was shipped from Virginia to Florida. After delivery, the vehicle was damaged on the inside and out in several places. I had to report them

Unbelievable! Here is the response from the insurance in regards to your ABSURD claims! "Regarding the allegation that your driver took the vehicle on a joyride, the dealership sent photos of the odometer showing that the vehicle had 111,167 miles at the time of sale. An inspection report from the Virginia State Police was provided showing that the odometer reading is actually 111,172. Thus, the additional 9 miles on the odometer was likely due to the dealership taking the vehicle to the state police inspection site and returning it to the dealership. Dr. Jefferson’s claim that your driver took the vehicle on a joyride is not supported. • The rock chips and damage to the fog lamps was marked by your driver at pickup on the bill of lading. Dr. Jefferson noted no additional damages on the bill of lading at delivery and signed the bill of lading free and clear of damage. The vehicle is a 2012 and it is not unreasonable to think that a 11 year old vehicle will have rock chips on the paint. Again, your driver marked this damage at pickup so this will not be considered in this claim. • Your bill of lading’s terms and conditions exclude interior damage. The claim Dr. Jefferson is making about the seats not sitting correctly is not going to be considered in this claim. While your driver did not notate any damage to the interior of the vehicle, we cannot imagine a scenario where the seat would have been damaged while in transit or during loading and unloading. Circumstantially, the condition of the seat existed prior to transit.
