the driver said would pick up around 6:00pm, but my friend waited until 9:30pm for him to show up, and have to drive my car to meet him. When checking the condition of the car, he just wanted to mark whatever he want and let my friend sign on it. He had his customer waited for him for 3 hours and have no patience to talk with his customer for 7 minutes. He just want to do whatever he want, and didn't want to communicate. He refused to say a word or listen to me on phone, and just said his boss would contact me. But I can't connect to his boss by his number, and never got any call from his boss after that.
Believe me I have transport my car for 3 times, this is the most horrible experience. Don't waist your time with them.
