It's very hard to find a transport company without going through a broker since many of the transport companies are smaller operations. AAAll States is a typical broker, that sets up the transaction and pickup details between you and the transport company. They were nice and responsive, however the actual transport company I was set up with Alpha Auto Transport, owner and driver Viktor Poperechnyy, was horrible! Stay away from Alpha Auto Transport and Viktor - he is very dishonest. This is my 3rd car transport and first time with issues. My car was damaged and the Viktor didn't have the decency to tell me, he thought it would go unnoticed that my Honda rear windshield had been replaced with a salvage part - not to mention the damage around the rim left as they tried to do a hack chop shop job to replace it. Did everything and had professionals review my damaged car and the Viktor the driver/owner was unwilling to work with me to replace or fix the damages to my car. He claimed he did me a favor by not notifying me of the damage and replacing my car with an inferior used windshield where the defroster didn't work and water leaked into my car. He practically vandalized my car and tried to pull a fast one on me - that is not the way to run a business. I forwarded these details to AAAll States via Bruce and PJ did make calls to the transporter on my behalf but that's all that he could do since he can't cover the damage or make Alpha cover the damage. PJ did mention they rated Alpha poorly on their network but I do want everyone that reads transportreviews to be aware of Alpha Auto Transport. Again, Aaall States is a good and typical broker but the transporter Alpha was a nightmare stay away. I do wish that Aaall would've followed up or provided evidence of the low rate for the transporter however. Total damage to my car was phenomenal and this experience made moving that much more trying and stressful!
