I decided to use AAAll Auto Transport after speaking to several companies and checking reviews on BBB. AAAll had an a rating from BBB. I had never used a transport company before and was a little wary. I was assigned a salesman named Randy.
Right from the start, Randy made me feel comfortable with his company. I called over a month in advance of the desired dates. It was very important that particular dates were adhered to. He took the time to explain how the system works. Although he was not the first company I talked to, he was the first who did not just make promises.
Randy was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. He always got in touch with me within a couple of hours if he was not available when I called. As it turned out, my dates were complicated by the fact that there was a holiday weekend during my available dates. Randy helped to work through this and did whatever he could to make sure things ran smoothly.
The end result was that my car was picked up and delivered according to schedule and in perfect condition. The truckers were polite and responsive. I had a telephone number for them and was able to make specific arrangements directly.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with AAAll and Randy. An excellent company!
