So the "BROKER" is your contact. You commit, state your requirements & hope for the best THEN the carrier shows up & does whatever they please because your not there & dont know You ask for simple things like 1 truck, 1 driver, no loading & re-loading, no depots etc IT DOESNT MEAN A THING. I asked for all of the above, I got no depot only all others they did They do whatever they want & also drop off at night so you cant see anything. This review isnt a put down to this broker specifically although its inclusive. They dont know (or dont care) or have any control what the carrier does once they've signed on to pick up the load. Of course you get the "Oh we didnt know they did that, thanks for letting us know" BS I didnt go ballistic because you dont want a driver with an attitude delivering your car Good luck finding a broker / carrier that cares
