I bought a truck on Ebay and needed it shipped from Rhode Island to Montana.

After using a web link for vehicle shipping and recieving about 20 bids, I then sat down and reviewed all the individual carriers/brokers.

I chose Aaall States as a broker based on their reviews here and I was not disapointed!!

Dave sent me a quote that was about in the middle of the pack as far as cost went. But when I called him, there was just something about his professionalism, calmness and knowledge that struck me right and I felt he would do a good job for me. I was right. I informed him about special shipping info (snow plow in the bed of truck) and he was diligent in putting that in the post and being honest about what COULD happen, what my options were and what I could expect.

The origonal quote was for $975. and I authorized him to increase the quote to an even $1000.
The company that accepted the load (see my post for Motion Express - BE CAREFUL OF THEM!) said they wanted another $75. (total came to $1075.)

Dave called me, explained the entire situation, again gave me my options and then let ME decide what to do.

I accepted the offer, so when Motion Express tried to coerce more money out of me, Dave went to work and handled the situation; all the time being very professional and calm, but assuring that I would not have to pay any more. AND I DIDN'T !!!!!

From Dave to the ladies in the office (sorry, I can't remember your names) I spoke to, everyone was pleasant, professional and obviously ON MY SIDE!!!! When I called and got an answering machine, my calls were PROMPTLY returned and my question answered immediately.

I cannot imagine that ANYONE could give better customer service than Aaall States did.

Do I sound "over the top" impressed with these guys?? GREAT, BECAUSE I AM !!!

I own an auto repair business and have certain expectations of service; from myself and others. Dave and his crew went above and beyond to make this shipment easy; even with the crap from Motion Express.

I would and will highly recommend this company to broker any shipment you may have; as long as they do not let MOTION EXPRESS take the order. But then again, that will be YOUR choice.
