We learned alot from the transportation co. and this review web site. PJ called and we discussed everything and within an hour I called back to set up a pick up date. I did and later that day I got a call saying they had a Co. that was going to pick up my car on the first day of pick up. 2 days before the pick up date we received a call from Aaall State saying the driver "over booked" and wont be picking up the car as sched. We then called and got through to PJ and he took good care of us and said he would get someone soon. 2 days later we received a call saying they got a trucking Co. and it would be picked up on Thursday or friday, but more like Friday. Friday morning we received a call from the Trucking Co. saying they had already picked up the car. (Thursday night) What happened was the truck driver picked up the car in Fl. late at night about 10:00pm. So Aaall State didnt call to let us know because of how late it was. Which was fine. Howeve,r to our great surprise the truck driver was willing to deliver the car that night. The trucking company "Cookeville Auto Transport" was great. The driver got held up due to car lot being locked up and it caused him to be coming in late. We did not mind at all since we wanted the car. He called us at 12:45 am. Went and met him and he even helped us bring the car home and we took him back to his truck. Everyone did an excellent job. This comapny was great and I would use them again if I ever needed too. I would recommend this company. As long as you understand how the system works you can understand Aaall State trans. proceedures. We called on April 18th and by April 26th (12:50am) we had our car. That includes the 1st driver that canceled our pick up. Way To Go Aaall State and Cookeville Auto Transportation... The car was considerably clean... No oil, no dirt, nothing. This was a black car too.. Thanky ou Aaall State!
