PJ was very persistent in calling me frequently to earn my business. He was very knowledgeable about telling me what to be careful of about other vendors including the use of terminals.

PJ was out the day I decided to use the company and after a few phone calls, his backup Bruce called me.
Bruce gladly modified the standard contract to include some of the issues that worried me.

PJ mentioned it is best to have your car on top so that oils don't end up on your car. So I had Bruce put in the contract: Car would be top loaded, no terminals would be used, same truck to pickup and same truck to drop off, etc...

Everyone was very knowledgeable until my car was picked up. The seller informed me that it was picked up by a flatbed that could hold three cars max. I immediately called AAALL STates Auto Transport who then said 'Oh, they must be using Terminals, they are not supposed to do that' They said there was nothing they could do because they are just brokers. They said they use them all the time.

Honestly, I really don't care. I just want what I was promised. My car to be picked up by the same truck that would be dropping it off and no use of terminals.

They gave me the companies information: Pioneer Auto Express Corp. US DOT:1453500 ICC-MC 549243
I called and they didn't deny picking up the car with one truck to put on another. They said they put it at the terminal, so they can load a truck with other cars going to the same area. Once again, I don't care, I don't want it in a terminal.

I had the feeling of being helpless. No one was able to do anything and before everyone gave me the feeling that everything was under control. Last thing I want to do is chase people down across the country and deal with a bad legal system and insurance companies that don't want to pay.

With nothing that I could do, I just let nature take its course.

My car was picked up on a Wednesday and arrived to me the next week on Friday. It was a black car, but I thought it was white. It was soo dirty and encrusted with salt. How can I inspect a car that is soo dirty?! From other reviews, I had an idea it would be a little dirty, but not to this extent. The wet towel I brought could barely clean the car, so I went straight for the roof and OH NO!!! OIL!! The roof was soaked in oil and so was my towel. I marked on the sheet the oil and told the driver how my car was not supposed to be bottom loaded.

Without being able to take my car to get cleaned, I took a gamble and signed the paperwork. I immediately went to a car wash to wash the car. I found some tiny knicks that can be removed with a buff and one noticeable knick, that my nail can get into on the driver handle. I wasn't happy since I had two different people tell me the car was showroom mint before pickup. What could I do...nothing. I already signed the paperwork.

Hey it could have been worse. At least I have the car and didn't have to go through any other major stresses involving claims and trying to get paid.

I would not use them again plainly because I seemed to be aware of more than AAALL States, as I was calling them with the info and they weren't able to do anything about it despite it being written on the contract. Nice guys, but I needed more than nice salesmen. Driver was a very nice guy too. He attempted to help me wipe down the car, but it was freezing out and he was in a rush to get paid and back on the road.
