After getting overwhelmed by all the emails and warnings about transportation brokers, I decided to start researching companies by their BBB rating and Industry Standards. I found this company to have an A+ rating and 4 stars from their industry... I can see why. I called on labor day of 2012, never expecting anyone to answer. Marci answered. She expalined the whole process and how the national load boards work and how drivers pick the best cargo and prices to suit their needs. It could mean offering more money on my part or agreeing to pay more if a driver is interested in my shipment. I had two cars that needed to be transported from Utah to GA. My son and his wife just graduated, were starting a new job, moving to a new home across country and with a very newborn baby. We needed to get them to GA as soon and safely as possible.
Marci at AAAll states Auot transport did not require a deposit and only charged our card for their broker fee of $75/car after the cars were picked up. We paid the $1600 to the driver upon delivery in the form of money orders. Marci explained how we could track the cars transportation and explained that the driver would call us personally after the dispatcher from Aaallstates confirmed the pick up. Insurance was provided and explained, all details covered.
I trusted Marci. So on Labor Day she sent me the contract by email. I returned it by email and had my two cars listed on their national load board. The next day my cars were not only claimed by a driver for an additonal $50/car but they were also picked up. The driver was very professional and met the kids and their cars with in a mile of their homes at a local truck stop. On Sunday the driver called me with an hour window to meet for the delivery. We got the money orders, met our driver and received our two cars in excellent shape! It was smooth as silk! Just 5 days from first call to delivery. I will only use Aaall states for future car transport needs! Thank you very much! It was appreciated!
