Don't send your classic car in an open carrier!!!! It is not the brokers that's the problem it is the transporters or carriers they use. They did show up late but my white 1964 Oldsmobile paint has been ruined. The diesiel fuel from the smoke stacks on the rig turned my pristine white car dark brown/black and the diesiel fuel stained the paint everywhere and I mean everywhere. It cannot be cleaned. I'll never get the paint to the condition it was when it left NY. Use a closed carrier or find another method. I would n't let 'em take my car again if they paid me.
