I used this review site to help me make a decision on which car carrier to use, so I wanted to write a review to return the favor. I requested several quotes from different companies and AAALL STATES was the lowest. I am usually of the frame of mind that you get what you pay for, so I was a little leary, but some of the high quotes I recieved also came from companies with bad reviews. I called another company with a higher quote and asked some questions, I immediately got a bad vibe from the woman I talked to. She was telling me that there was no way that any company could be lower because of the way the brokerage fees were set up, if I got a lower quote than hers, there were hidden fees involved. I hung up and called Bruce at AAALL STATES and he was up front, no BS, he told me the quote he gave me was it and there were no hidden fees or taxes of any kind. You pay this guy your brokerage fee when the car is picked up , and you give the balance of your quote to the trucker when you pick up your ride. I shipped two vehicles from Phoenix to Charlotte on two seperate occasions in December and it couldn't have been easier. The truckers were nice as pie and delivered my vehicles damage free and on time. I would venture a guess and say that 98% of the truckers out there delivering cars are reliable proffesionals. That's their business they are driving, they are earning their paychecks with their trucks and they have a vested interest in getting your ride to you just like they promised. If the trucker that comes for your ride is some kind of goon, tell him to take a hike and call your broker. I hope this review helps. I would use AAALL STATES again without hesitation.
