On monday morning, Nov 19th, I chose AAALSTATES for the transport and by that afternoon was informed that a truck was going to pick my car up that afternoon! I then got called back to tell me that that truck had overbooked it self and that they would call once another had commited to picking it up. About 2 hours later they called back and told me it would be picked up that night and that the driver was a really nice guy, Doug Raymond. The people with AAALL STATES were curtious and professional and kept me informed every step of the way! Doug Raymond, was delayed a few hours the day of delivery but that was no big deal so it really didn't matter. He was pleasant and I was happy to be doing business with him. My car looked great and by the time I got to the meeting place (I live in RURAL NH and didn't think it fair to ask a large 18 wheeler to drive up a steep hill to where I live) the car was unloaded and ready to go. I felt the service well worth the money and I would do it again. Thanks so much... I'm so happy I didn't have to drive the car from Florida to NH myself!!
