We received an excellent quote from AAA Auto Transport, but when we called to book it, we were told the quote was a mistake and they would not honor it. They would do the job though for a few hundred bucks more. The first phone rep hung up on my wife. We called back and the second phone rep, who was quite rude, and who refused to let her speak to anyone higher up in the company, said that even if we had booked that quote online they would not have honored it. How nice. We still have this quote in hand to prove it. I wouldn't use this company if they came back and offered to ship my vehicle free as I wouldn't trust a word they said at this point.
