STILL waiting for my vehicle...

I scheduled to have my vehicle picked up on August 8,2009 from WA being transported to MA. I received a phone call around 1pm on the 11th letting me know that my vehicle wasn't going to be picked up that day and it would be either the 12th or 13th. I had a flight out of WA that night so I had to ask friends of mine to wait around for the transport company to pick up my vehicle. It was picked up on the 12th and I called customer service to find out when I should expect delivery. I was told about 7 days so I was happy it was going to be there in a resonable time frame.

I called on Moday (August 17, 2009) to ask customer service if things were still on schedule. The gentleman I spoke with said it should be there by Wednesday (August 19,2007) or Thursday (August 20,2009.) so it wasnt 7 days later because Wednesday would be 8 and Thursday would be 9. So after no vehicle on Thursday I called customer service and asked for the number to dispatch. They told me they had 7-11 days to deliver it and it was on schedule to be delivered on Monday (August 24, 2009.) Again not 7-11 days, Monday the 24th would make it 13 days.

Well it's Monday and I called customer service and they said yes your vehicle is scheduled to be delivered today. So I called dispatch just to double check and they told me my vehicle isn't scheduled to be delivered until between Wednesday (August 26,2009) and Friday (August 28,2009.) That's 15-17 days after my vehicle was picked up.

There has been horrible communication between AAA Anytime and the transport company (Express Delivery.) And, not once was I contacted by either company to inform me that my vehicle's delivery date is contantly being pushed back. I have to call and get the run-a-round to find out anything.

Needless to say, I STILL dont have my vehicle and am extremely pissed off and disappointed and will NEVER use this company again, nor will I ever recommend that anyone else use this company. Hopefully I'll get my vehicle. Who knows they"ll probably read this and "accidentally" drive it into a lake!

Dear Ms. O'Brien, We did infact deliver the car yesterday August 24th 2009. We are very sorry that the 1st truck cancelled due to mechanical problems. This is rare but, it does happen every once in a great while. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely, customer Service
