So I had a great experience with AAA, the sales rep did say they were NOT a broker which was not really the truth. My car was picked up on time by the brokered transport company and my whole experience with AAA customer service was amazing. HOWEVER (this is where starts are lost) the company that they brokered was terrible- late with delivery/no service rep ever picked up/ rude staff at delivery of car. So 1 star lost for saying you weren’t a brokerage company, one star lost for company you brokered it to being awful!
