ONE star is far too generous for AAA Anytime, Inc. My vehicle was picked up on 5/13 in California. I was told by the company and the driver that I would receive it in 4-5 days in New Jersey. Even in the best of circumstances (e.g., summertime weather), I understand delays when traveling across the country but I was told by customer service on Wednesday, 5/19 that it would arrive that day by 8 PM ET and the driver would contact me. It did not arrive. Then, on Thursday 5/20, I was told it would arrive that day by 8 PM ET but it did not. On Friday, I was told it would be delivered today between 4-6 PM ET and the driver would contact me. Unlike the Blessed Mother, my car did not appear, nor did the driver contact me. Today, 5/22, after sending multiple emails to AAA Anytime, Inc., Ashley in customer service explained that they are having problems with this driver but assured me, my car would be delivered today. Clearly, AAA Anytime guarantees are worthless so I requested a manager, to which she responds, "managers do not speak to customers over the phone!" Then, I asked for a name and she would only provide the managers first names (company policy), Peter, Paul and Larry. I paid a premium for what I thought was reliable service. This doesn't appear to be that. I've been promised my vehicle for the last FOUR DAYS and I still have NOT taken possession. Do not be fooled by sales associates like Matt Everich(?). I thought he was going to climax when talking about his company's sterling reputation in our initial conversation. As you can see, ZERO stars are more accurate seeing as I,still do not have my car.

Hello "Gerard" You are not our client, you have never shipped a car with us and no matter how many different names you use and times you post false reviews none of them are true. If you were you would have been able to provide the ID# or at least your real name which you have never done. As with all the other ones this will be removed as well. Please find something else to do with your free time.
