Communication was great with the company and the driver-Ariel. The driver did call and said he would be a day later-no problem. When he picked up the car-he called and stated there was damage on the car and he took pictures of it. He said they had a hard time starting the car. And asked us to have jumper cables, since the car would not start.
The driver-Ariel-was very nice and helpful. He called on the way here-said he would be late. He called us when he was in front of our house.
Very Nice gentleman to work with. Would recommend him.
