Very Unprofessional

Peter assured us that Anytime was fully bonded and insured. He also guaranteed delivery of our vehicle on March 25, 2009, but we got our vehicle two days late. Our stereo was stolen, we found a tall beer can behind the passenger seat, and a steel spike in the back of our truck. (They told us to file a claim with Horizon Lines, but found out that the claim should be with Anytime. Anytime Inc. hired Horizon Lines; we did not deal directly with Horizon Lines.) AAA Anytime Inc made the carrier call us why they were late, very unprofessional. Besides, we did not authorize Anytime to give out our telephone numbers. (This is a safety issue.) The carrier also held our vehicle in their yard until they could deliver our vehicle. We paid Anytime for their services, not the carrier. Our gas gauge was on "E" and tires looked like someone took our truck four wheeling. We went to the office to let Anytime know and Peter yelled at everyone in the office to get out-he spoke vulgarly which was very inappropriate and closed shop for the day. So unprofessional-so rude. Overall, we give their services an F+ for not accepting our claim and making no attempt to look at our vehicle or attempting to review the paperwork we received from the carrier.

To; Mr. Rivera, Sir, you "bounced" the check you sent to us, that is why the delivery was delayed. No damage was done to the vehicle, none. We must give the truck driver your phone #, how else could they call before they deliver. This review is full of lies. Please remove or modify it today.
