This is a copy of the email that I sent the Co (if you can call it that). I won't go into detail about not tranporting the car to the quoted destination in the first place and having to have it delivered to a secondary location.

I am still trying to figure out how you stay in business…. I am having a vehicle shipped from Long Beach, Ca to Laramie, WY as of today I have not received shipment. The transport driver called late Tuesday afternoon to make delivery, and I was informed that the balance due had to be in cash ($698.00), which was not available that late in the day. I was told that he would make delivery the following morning (Wednesday). After waiting until afternoon I called the driver who then informed me that he was in Denver and would make delivery that afternoon. Still no delivery. I have called the transport driver and left two (2) messages, but have still not heard back as to why delivery was not made as promised and why it still has not been delivered. I spoke with your customer service who told me it was my responsibility to contact the transport driver to get delivery information. So what is your customer service???? When am I going to receive delivery of the vehicle????

Addendum - I spoke with the driver this morning and he informed that "it won't be today - maybe tomorrow" - NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Freedman Your car was not delivered because you refused to pay the cash balance owed to the truck drivers. did you think we would ship your car for free? Your car will be delivered when/if you agree to pay the balance in actual cash money as per the contract you signed, dated and agreed to. Sincerely, Customer Service
