Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience in my life ever!!!! The guy Jerry promised me from NY to CA just 5 days, although their quote is the highest among all the brokers, which is 1299, but I thought they could deliver faster than other, so signed with them. Then horrible things happend on after another!!!!!!! I had the fight on 5.30, and they told me they would come and pickup on 28 or 29, but at last minute they said they got do some maintenance, only can come on 30, which is even later than my fight!! So I have to put the key in the box, and worried about the safety issue. The worst part is, today is 6.10, it's already been 11 days, but I didn't get my car yet. I totally lost the contact from driver and the customer service is not working on weekend. BTW, the customer serive is very very rude! They told me I have already got the driver's info, so they can not do anything for me, and ignored my questions at all !!! This company will be over soon, trust me!!!!!!Never Never use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
