The customer service I experienced was wonderful. I am active duty military stationed in Montana and I purchased my truck down in Houston, Texas. I was for all intensive purposes making the purchase entirely over the phone so there were some hiccups with the dealership and I ended up having to cancel and reschedule with the transportation company on 3 separate occasions. On each one of these occasions the staff was very friendly and understanding about it. When the purchase finally did go through, the transport company was able to find a driver for that very next day and the driver got my truck across the country within 5 days. My only complaint is the price, but if you want something done right, you have to be willing to pay for it I suppose.
