horrible customer service, dishonest

Very bad experience. Individuals who I dealt with at the company clearly had no idea of when my car was going to be picked up, and by who (carrier). Car was not picked up on designated date. Another carrier was assigned last-minute. Carrier made unreasonable demands that were not previously outlined to me by the sales rep. (ie driving my car out to a terminal/truck stop on the highway etc. - and the problem was that I had already left town and my surrogate who was going to release the car did not drive manual transmission, nor was in a position to do such).
Ultimately driver threatened me not to pick up the car. I cancelled. I would never go with this company. I am getting my depost back, thank god. However, clearly not a very well run group. I would not go with these folks.

The driver that was scheduled to pickup this vehicle asked the customer to meet him someplace close by because he was not allowed in the residential area that the vehicle was located at. Due to the size and weight of the 18-wheeler trucks that are sent to pickup these vehicles, there are restrictions as to where they are allowed to go to avoid damaging their own truck as well as any other vehicles that are already loaded onto the trailer. The customer was not willing to be flexible with the arrangements of the pickup. The customer was sent a full refund for his deposit in a timely manner even though our terms clearly state that there is no refund after a driver has been scheduled. Our terms also as explain that we get as close to the customer’s door as we are able to during pickup and delivery, which doesn’t necessarily mean we are able to get directly in front of your door.
