I am lucky to have found A.D. at AA United Auto Transports, Inc. She was helpful and communicative throughout the process. The whole process was easy and I could be confident about the car. There's another company with a very similar name operating out of Florida - and they were dishonest and misleading - offering quotes and then raising them without reason. I finally read reviews and found that they had an F rating on BBB - so I went and looked for another company. Once I found A.D., she recommended I carefully study reviews of various companies before committing. I did commit to AA United Auto Transports, Inc. and am so happy I did. At every step, A.D. would call, explain, and make sure the I understood the process. When she found a driver for our classic old car, she gave us his contact info and helped to be sure we made the connection with him. He was fantastic as well, communicating with us as he made his way across the country, and also informing us when he reached the destination.
