When inquiring about the timing and cost, I was told pick up would be two to five days. I signed and paid my money and then informed them the bike would be ready for pick up on August 19 in Bakersfield Ca. It was picked up on September 2 and promptly sent to Santa Fe Springs Ca where it sat for two weeks. Then to Portland and on to Tacoma Washington where it sat for another two weeks. I finally got my bike in Edmonton Alberta Canada on October 7th a full 49 days from the day it was ready to be picked up. That's 7 weeks At About week 5 I called AA and told them I was not happy Debbie said she was not aware of the situation and would call me back. She never returned any of my calls again.
