Communication was terrible and they didn't know what the status was. They kept calling, saying they coming to "pickup" a motorcycle at the "destination" site! We had several conversations with them tell them NO, we are expecting a DELIVERY not a pickup. They then went on to tell us the motorcycle was delivered and signed for when it hadn't been delivered. All screwed up. When the bike was finally delivered, it was filthy! Even worse, they wiped off the tank dry! This left lots of fine scratches in the paint. I would not use A-A again.
