took for ever to pickup bike then once it was picked up it took forever to get it moving along, once it started to move however it was quick. There was issues with not enough pellets at first then the drivers for some unknown reason just elected not to pick it up when thet were supposed to. Selwyn there customer rep was excellent and very understanding however the overall company needs to get their act together. Not very impressed almost 2 months delivery.
