I called AA automovers to pickup a car i bought off of ebay from Indiana and ship it to Dover, NJ. The first thing i asked the salesmen george was if the car could be picked up within the next couple of days, and he said, "yes, shouldn't be a problem, and we will not charge you unless the car is picked up." I needed it rushed because the seller of the car was leaving the country for 3 weeks. So i was currently working at University hospital and was on call that night, and he told me to get this taken care of asap he would email me the paperwork and to fax it back. I was never told that they dont pick up the cars, or that they take the deposit amount for finding another transport company to take the car. So a couple of days later i get a voicemail from there dispatcher stating that there is a problem and they cannot go through with the transaction until i call. So i called back numerous times and left messages with no response. When i got through to a dispatcher & told him it has been picked up, he stated that as long as the vehicle gets picked up, everythings ok and i should not get charged. When i received my c.c. bill i had a charge of $175 from AA transport and called again a number of times leaving messages without a person calling me back. Finally today i get through to Niel Pickett, who stated he was the manager, and Niel told me that it was too late and that there is no credit to give because they supplied their service and even though they did not ship my car i was not to be given a refund. When i tried to explain that i needed the car in a 2-3 days, he stated that we were going to set it up for you within the 15 day period, and that no one remembers me stating clearly i need the car before seller left the country. When i tried to discuss the matter he was very rude and hung up the phone. Now i am very upset at the fact that a manager hung up the phone on a customer, and on top of that they never shipped my car or returned any of the messages i left for them. I do no recommend anyone do business with these people. BEWARE ...

Mr. Ameer Hassan was not told we would charge our fee when the car was picked up; he was told it would be charged when it was dispatched. His signed order and signed contract also explains when our fee is charged. When we posted his shipment, we saw that Mr. Hassan booked orders with more than one broker. He was advised to cancel with his other broker or he would run the risk of his shipment being dispatched by both and he would incur fees with both brokers. He did not take our advice. We dispatched his shipment for pickup as agreed on his order and then charged our fee. When our carrier tried to pick up the vehicle, they were told the vehicle was gone. He is not due a refund. This was explained to him by our customer service representative. Due to Mr. Hassan’s repeated cursing at our representative, the call was disconnected. Our employees are not required to take abuse or foul language.
