The worst experience ever!

I need to tell a story about the worst company I have ever done business with: AA-Auto movers. They advertise themselves as the best one on the market, but this claim could not be further from the truth! Here is what happened:
I knew that I need to move from Washington state to Arizona six months before the moving date. As a very responsible person, I started making arrangements for moving my car five months before the move. I googled the information about auto-moving companies online. I found a very nicely advertised company - AA-Auto movers! They promised quality work at a good price! And here was my first mistake - I did not check independent reviews for this company more carefully before doing business with them. (Now, after my nightmare dealing with them, I have discovered a lot of bad reviews that would have stopped me from ever doing business with AA-Auto movers! Oh, I wish I had not missed these reviews!).
So I contacted the company, gave them all of my information, the exact moving date and provided my credit card for down payment. They sent me a contract that had a couple of mistakes and we fixed them very quickly. I was very pleased with their customer service at the time. At that point, they promised that a representative should contact me one month prior to the move for further assistance.
I was waiting for their call on the 30th day before the move. Nobody contacted me. I waited two more days, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after that, I started to realize that something was very wrong with this company. I called the number a couple of times and left messages for someone to contact me. Finally, I got a call from their customer service. The representative was aggressive and unfriendly during our conversation, saying that they do not contact their customers 30 days prior to the move, but only three days. This was a very unpleasant surprise. At that point I found out that if was not pleased with them, I could cancel the contract, but I would have to pay a $100 cancellation fee! On the other hand, if they do not do their job properly, they will pay nothing! I decided to wait, because I did not want to lose my money.
Three days prior to the move, nobody called us! I called several times and left messages.... all over again! Finally, two days before the move I got a call from some guy (Neil?) who said that everything is ok, that someone would contact us 24 hours prior to the move, when they find the driver, who agrees to take our car! (it is two days prior to my move!!! They did not have a driver yet! they just started to look for him!!!!). My family and I were already living in a hotel, just waiting for their call. On the moving day I found out that they cannot find the driver who wants to pick up our car and drive to the final specified destination! I started to argue, of course, because they sent me a contract with the exact destination and they are changing our contract! After one day of consideration and understanding, that I have no other choice than to accept their nonsense, I agree to drive an additional 70 miles to pick up my car at final destination. The other huge surprise was that for this transportation I need to pay more!!!! In spite of their changing dates and locations, not living up to their contract, ruining my plans, wasting my time, frazzling my nerves, AND in spite of the fact that I needed to drive out of my way to pick up the car, they demand that I still need to pay more!!!!
I tried to argue my point... and what did I get in response? One of their representatives just hung up on me. The other one screamed at me, telling me that I cannot read my contract! In the end, they would not answer my calls at all!
In conclusion, I was forced to pay more to get my car back, AND I had to pay additional money for the hotel stay. My travel plans were ruined and I lost days that were planned for driving with my family.
I think that I need to tell my story so that other people will not fall victim to these dishonest, unprofessional, money-grubbing scoundrels. Save yourself the money and headaches. If you do NOT want to ruin your plans, pay more for really bad quality work, and suffer enormous amounts of frustration - NEVER USE AA-AUTO-MOVERS.COM!!!!!!
