Poor Service and Communication

I contacted AA-Automovers after receiving a variety of quotes. The sales person, Mark Brinkman seemed knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately, after executing a contract and booking their service, all courtesies dissolved. Communication was poor and occurred only after extended hold times. Mr. Brinkman did not return multiple calls. I understand that shipments can be delayed or impacted by various factors. Poor communication, exceptionally long hold times, and unreturned calls are, however, inappropriate.

Mr. Germany s calls to Mark Brinkman were returned by our Customer Service representative on 12/10 and 12/13 - she spoke with him and provided status information on his order. His statements are incorrect.
