Here goes my horror story with AA-Atomovers.com

It started right after my contract was signed.

My sales rep's name was Jason Pike and he is one of the biggest liars I ever saw in my life. When I called for a quote, I got good price and "sweetest" promisses from Jason Pike like "your car will be delivered from CA to MI in maximum of 3 days, we never use terminals, same driver who picks up your vehicle will deliver it, etc". My car was picked up and then it was promissed to be in MI in 3 days MAXIMUM.

After 3 days I do not hear a word and I call my sales rep, who of course does not return my phone calls anymore. I had to deal with manager, who's name is Neo, another liar who started to explain that it is impossible to deliver car in 3 days from CA to MI. Anyways, I was told to call the moving company that they assigned and after I did, I found out that MY CAR IS SITTING AT THE TERMINAL in Phoenix!!!

I called Jason Pike right away to ask what's going on, because he told me that they never use terminals and my car will be delivered in maximum time period of 3 days. Of course, he did not call me back.

I got my car 11 days late, shipping company was VERY RUDE (driver was nice, but customer service wasn't at all), not same driver delivered my car, it came all dirty and they caused damage with chains to it.

Also, be very careful with their contract. They tell you that "this part of contract applies to special shipments only" but that's where you get screwed. For example, in my contract it said that I could've get my car in 30 days after pick up, while Jason Pike told me maximum 3 days, when I asked to explain it, he said that "it is for special shipments". Don't believe it!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANY SINGLE WORD THEY SAY. Be extremely careful with their contracts. And best of all - never deal with them. I highly recommend you selecting another shipment company even if it cost more.

This order was placed and signed by Oleksandr Grytsenko, not Yevgeniy Grytsenko. He was not promised the car would be delivered in 3 days. He was told it would probably take 7 to 10 days to transport from CA to MI. The Sales Person did not return his call because that’s the job of Customer Service, not Sales. What is important is that Customer Service did respond to him. His car was not delivered 11 days late. It was picked up by the carrier 3/29 (estimated pickup was 3/27 to 4/4) and delivered 4/9 (targeted delivery was 4/2 to 4/5 – so it was delayed 4 days, not 11). The carrier reports there has been no damage claim or call from the customer regarding damage and that no damage was done to his vehicle. The last paragraph contains statements about our contract that are not true – there is no phrase relating to special shipments and it does not say that he could have gotten his car 30 days after pickup. That his shipment was delayed is no one’s fault. His claims are completely untrue.
