Contracted to move my sons car from Michigan to Camp Lejeune, requested that delivery needed to be on Saturday or Sunday. Was called for pickup on Thursday with delivery of Friday, spoke with car hauler on delivery issue and AA Auto dispatcher Neil called and explained the contract stated that we were to have someone there to pick up. Spoke with car hauler to arrange up front payment and specify where to drop vehicle off, and he was in agreement and would pickup the next day. We never heard from the car hauler or AA Auto, so I called on Friday and they said they would leave a message with carrier. Never heard from anyone, called car hauler on Monday, and he stated his insurance would'nt allow him to drop off liked we arranged, and he called AA Auto. to say he wasn't picking up, with no one calling me. I called AA Auto. on Tuesday or Wednesday, to let them know the situation and the car hauker wasn't returning calls and all I got was that it was between me and the car hauler, and that I had canceled pick up, which was not true, and to get them involved meant another $175.00. Mike Kownacki wouldn't return my email and the car hauler won't return my calls. AA Auto collects their fees and assigns the carrier and washes their hands Poorest customer service and the biggest con out there. I reported them to the Better Buisness Buereu. Good customer service and communication is something this company has no idea how to use. Don't use this company

Mr. Waara authorized a pickup schedule of 2/22 through 3/3. We scheduled the carrier for 2/25 pickup as contracted. Mr. Waara refused to give the car to the transport company and he refused to designate someone to receive the vehicle at its dropoff destination. He wanted the driver to leave the vehicle in a WalMart lot with the keys locked inside. This is against insurance regulations and does not allow for a proper vehicle inspection.
