It started out frustrating, having to move a car from a very REMOTE area in California to
Maryland. I've moved cars with another company before and had a good experience and didn't
really expect it to be difficult. It turned out that it was difficult because of the remote area in Northern California. The price was higher in the end to get the car moved but this company CAME THROUGH FOR ME! Darren was tremendous and worked tirelessly to make it happen. I was originally worried when I saw that they selected A1 Auto Carrier to transport the vehicle because I read some poor reviews, but what a surprise! They came through for me too. The driver called me THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE (on a Friday) to make sure I knew he'd be in town on Sunday night so I had the time to get a bank check. Then he called the night before to remind me! He called again in the morning (great communication!) to say he had some traffic issues but he'd be there soon. What a great experience this was! YES YES, I'D USE THEM AGAIN! BOTH OF THEM! Wonderful customer service. Only recommendation I'd make, talk to the original customer service reps who give the initial price so you understand up front that it could cost more IF a carrier doesn't pick it up and they have to shop for someone who will! GREAT JOB! YOU GUYS GET HIGH MARKS FROM ME!
