I could not be more dissatisfied, even disgusted, with the service from AA Automovers, in particular with one of your employees: Brian O’Neil. He is discourteous and misrepresents the company. In responding to a request for rates over an email only (not a phone call), he replied: “$790 Mr. Grinch”. I ordered the Platinum Service: $905 (picked up in 1-3 days) and were told the car would be picked up between Dec. 28 and Dec. 30. No one showed up to retrieve the car and the driver had to depart on Dec. 31, requiring her to leave the car with someone else until it was picked up. As if that was not enough, she kept getting the run around in trying to actually find a driver (which she did herself) as Brian told her he worked in ‘reservations’ and could not help. Eventually the car was picked up on Jan. 2. In the end, I paid $905 for service that actually reflected Gold Service: $845 (picked up in 1-5 days) not Platinum. I would like a refund. Even with a refund and assuming I will not get it, I consider this company to be very poor in all aspects and would never recommend it to anyone.

We are sorry that the transport company was delayed by 1 day and we are sorry that our business process was not understood by Mr. Tindal. We are also sorry that the poster did not review the contract he signed in which he agreed to designate an alternate to release or accept the vehicle. Delays happen and can not be blamed on either the carrier or AA-Automovers. We scheduled the carrier for pick as contracted - that he was delayed 1 day is not a failure on our part.
