I was basically happy with the transport, even though it was technically a day late, the driver with CCJ Auto Transport had kept in touch with me, so I was satisfied with that. But, the car was damaged! The damage was not evident until the car had been washed, and then it was obvious that a caustic fluid of some kind had leaked on to the hood of my car, destroying the paint.
I have intiated a damage claim per the carriers procedures, but I have had no acknowledgement after over a week. My advice is to be very careful when hiring a transport, read the contaract and the damage exclusions. If your car is damaged you will have a tough time getting it fixed, no-one is responsible for anything.
