AA Automovers charged my credit card on January 12 2010 following a confirmation of a pick up date for my car for January 14, 2010. They provided me with the trucker phone number and order # . I called VLS LLC who is the trucker on January 12th, right away to confirm the aproximate time of pick up . I was told that their truck alreasy left to Florida on January 11th and they would not pick up my car. I called AA Automovers to get more acurate information on the actual pick up suspecting that there was a missunderstanding. The answer that I got was: Sorry maam, you just lost your $200.00 deposit. The truck left so you are out of luck. If you want to make another attempt to ship your car we would have to charge you $200.00 additional deposit.
This is a terrible way of treating people. Today is January 12th 2010. I'm out of $200.00 that was charged on my card today, but I was informed today that my car will not be picked up period.
I would highly recomend not to ever trust this company . If $200.00 and your nerves are valuable to you , do not attempt to use this company.

The pickup time frame approved by Ms. Gorelik was 1/11 through 1/15. The carrier we provided tried to pick up the vehicle 1/11. Ms. Gorelik’s pickup contact, Alexander Shnaidman of Fort Lee, NJ refused to give the car to the carrier on 1/11. Ms. Gorelik’s statements in this review are untrue.
