A well run company, they seem to care about pricing the move so it gets done. After the initial quote they emailed me a week or so later with a lower price, but didn't drop the final payment to the driver. Their cut to the driver was easily 10% more than most of the competition, so it got action within a few hours, and the car was on the truck when they said and delivered early.
The only complaint I have is they did not correct typo's on the quote form, including the pickup phone # (it was missing the last digit) Not too bad in my case because my cell phone was correctly listed, but sloppy and could have been a huge problem. I did try and correct this on the signed contract I faxed back to them, but they didn't correct the info before putting it out for pickup bids.
The driver was ok, had some difficulty getting an old Karmann Ghia into reverse (he was coached before loading) when unloading, but the car was delivered quickly and in fine condition.
