poor service

The left rear tire was damaged. It was cut on the car carrier ramp when it was pulled up. I had to pay the full amount for delivery, and I had to take the tire off the car and wheel it to a tire store to replace. I contacted Autocarry.com in new jersey. Told them the situation. I faxed the bill of the tire. It took them 1 month and a week to send the check. In the meantime, I called a few times to check the status of the check, and I was yelled at cursed and hung up on several times. I'm very unhappy and angry and would definetly never use them again. The check was late because they put the wrong zip code on the envelope. I kept telling them it's the wrong zip code and still I was cursed and yelled at! I am very unhappy with the service and I deserve to be compensated!

First, we don't compensate for posting reviews, so that designation is incorrect. Second, this is the first we heard of a problem with the transport company - we did not transport the vehicle. Third - they sent him a check for the tire, which was accidentally damaged. They certainly didn't intend for it to happen and they stepped up and did the right thing. He was reimbursed for the damage. Fourth, if his transport company did hang up on him, we wonder how abusive was he to them to elicit such a reaction.
