Great Broker; Horrible Driver!

First of all this is about the actual transportation company, not the broker or booking company. Good service and the car was picked up right on time. While they were great theyneed to know that there are problems with some of the drivers they work with.

We moved to the country and the driver called many time to complain that he "might not be able" to drive down a gravel road to our house. This is a farming community, large farm equipment uses these roads and our moving truck had no problem. The driver said he would be there at 7:00 and that he had "been on the road for 13 hours that day". Aren't there limits to much they can drive, like 11 hours before a break? Yet he admitted he was over and was still a ways away. We heard nothing more until 9:00 and then tried to call, the drivers voice mail box was full. When he finally called he was 15 miles away and he wanted us to come and pick up the car. He refused to try to deliver the car to our house as agreed, we offered to meet us in town. We told him about a parking lot he could easily get in and out of, once again he refused saying that someone had told him he could use the grocery store parking lot which was further away for us. He finally showed up at close to 10pm. When we finally picked up the carthe driver was more interested in his lady friend than he was getting a $600 check from us.

Once again our complaint is with the driver, unfortunately he was so bad I wouldn't do business with them again unless we knew he wasn't involved. Being a bit late is one thing, not delivering the vehicle to where we contracted them to deliver it was another. If we would have had a way to short pay we would have. We feel ripped off based on the treatment from the driver.

We are sorry that Mr. Graber was unhappy with his transport company. This negative review on our company’s name is the first we have heard of a problem with his carrier company. He never contacted us at the time of his vehicle shipment in September to discuss what may, or may not, have happened with his driver so that we could address the issue with his carrier company. We are the broker, not the carrier company and as he says, we were great so it is unclear to us why he would enter such a misplaced negative review. A better way to notify us of his displeasure would be to contact us directly.
