Never do business with AAA Automovers

I contacted AAA Automovers in order to ship my vehicle from AZ to AL. The 10-day window came and went and my vehicle was never picked up. It took me another four days after my 10-day window just to be able to get a hold of someone in the customer service section. Once I got a hold of customer service my problem was blamed on A-1 Auto Transport and was told to contact them. I contacted A-1 Auto Transport and was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up in two days because the truck was currently en-route from California. The two days came and went and my vehicle was not picked up. I then contacted A-1 Auto Transport again and was told that it would be picked up in three days. The three days came and went and my vehicle was never picked up. I then tried to contact AAA Automovers again but it still took me a couple of days and none of my voice mails or e-mails were ever answered. After I finally got a hold of AAA Automovers I could not get a refund of my deposit because according to AAA Automovers, ‘a vehicle had already been dispatched to pick up my truck and therefore I could not get a refund’. If you like wasting time and money in exchange for absolutely nothing in return then feel free to do business with AAA Automovers, otherwise go elsewhere.
