although the customer serives was good on the AA-automovers part the carrier delivering it was a hassle. first the guy never called me at the time that he said he would and when i finally called him (3 hours later) he said that he couldn't make it to my city, that his truck was too big and there wasn't a truck stop where i was at and if i could come to him to get my car. so i had to take a taxi which cost me a hundred bucks because he was an hour and a half away from me. but he was polite and nice and he helped me with making sure my car was in good condition. so that was the only minor annoying thing. but i am happy to finally have my car.
