My transport consultant, Mike provided helpful information by email, until I was ready to hire his organization for moving my father's car from FL to MN. This was a very difficult time, as my father had suffered a debilitating stroke, which permanently rendered him unable to see well enough to drive, and I was making monthly trips to FL to help him adjust. Mike was very patient and kind, and answered all of my questions. He arranged to have a MN company provide a driver in FL timed during one of my visits there, so the pickup went smoothly. The driver was a friendly professional, who stayed in touch by cell phone so the drop off also went well back in MN. My Dad's car arrived in MN with no damage. Even tho it would just be an old 94 Buick to anyone else, it was important to me to have the last car my Dad drove. I wouldn't hesitate to give an excellent recommendation to anyone enquiring about AA-Automovers. It would be my guess that a fair amount of one way car transports may be related to elders' illness or death, and it is often hard for people to stay calm and communicate well during these times. I am so glad that Mike was there during an emotional time and helped my family with a necessary change.
