My only complaint with the experience was the Carrier. The original pick-up we had to drive to him on the Garden State Parkway at nearly Midnight. At the drop-off it took 3 days of back and forth before the driver actually arrived. Driver once again wanted to meet us away from our home in the middle of the night, but we refused and he eventually brought the car to us.
