I was given a quote that guaranteed that my car would be picked up in a 3 day window. It was picked up on the 4th day, in California en route to Michigan. Originally, I was told that the car would be delivered within 6-7 days from day of pick-up, its now been 12 days and counting. I was never contacted about the day-late pick up. I did however get a phone call from the driver a week after pick-up day that he has my car and he would be at my location in 2 days. Two days later, the driver did call, said he was out front of my apartment. I went outside, saw the carrier, but didnt see my car. I WAS BROUGHT THE WRONG CAR, someone else's car. Re-read that last statement, and imagine that happening to you. Since then, I have received extremely poor customer service from AA-autotransport. They tell me to call the carrier, I spoke with the representative with whom I dealt with and he immediately transfers my call to customer service. I was given an attitude by the customer service representative, she raised her voice, because I wouldnt settle with her answer of "Call the carrier". The carrier doesn't seem to think this is an issue either, just a few apologies. I am being given a discount for their mishap, but it's not enough. On Monday, June 8th, they found my car, and its in Oklahoma. My car has seemed to travel 300 miles in 2 days, from oklahoma city to somewhere in Missouri (the state just NORTH of Oklahoma) and yet, still, have not gotten an answer as to when my car is gonna be here. It is now Wednesday, 12 days after my car was picked up, with no concrete answer about where my car is. I find this absolutely absurd that a company would conduct business this way. I understand that the driver needs rest each day. I understand they drop off cars and pick up cars en route. I dont understand and will not accept incompetence with such a simple concept of pick-up and drop off. Believe that I will do whatever I can about spreading the word about this company's operation.

We apologize on behalf of the transport company that made an error in the transport of Osama Qaqi’s vehicle. The transport company discounted his shipment by almost $200 for the inconvenience their error caused. We are sorry that this is not enough for Mr. Qaqi.
