YES, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES EVER AGAIN. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE COMPANY THAT TRANSPORTED MY CAR, I WOULD GO DIRECTLY TO J&A AUTO SERVICES.

WHEN I FIRST WAS INTERESTED YOUR COMPANY WAS DIRECT AND PROVIDED A RATE THAT YOU SAID WE NEEDED TO LOCK IN... YOUR COMPANY CALLED AGAIN BUT I SAID I WOULD CALL WHEN I WAS READY BECAUSE OF YOUR CREDENTIALS. THE LOCK IN PRICE WAS $995 AND WENT DOWN TO $860(?) WITH MY FINAL COST BEING $1025.0 (DUE TO THE FACT i HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND I COULD NOT BE AVAILABLE OVER THE WEEKEND)...WHEN I CALLED TO FINE OUT MY INITIAL MOVE KNOW ONE COULD TELL ME A DATE OR TIME...ESPECIALLY AS I GOT CLOSER TO MY DEPARTURE FROM NEVADA. WHEN I HAD TO CHANGE MY DATE DUE TO A DEATH IN THE FAMILY ON ONE OCCASSION IT WAS USED AGAINST ME BY ONE OF YOUR STAFF " SAYING, WE HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING DUE TO YOUR FAMILY ISSUE"...AS I MENTIONED TO YOUR PERSON I COULD HAVE LEFT THE DATES ALONE BECAUSE YOUR PEOPLE HAD KNOW SCHEDULED PLANNED FOR THE CAR UNITL LATER IN THE WEEK AS TOLD TO ME BY YOUR DISPATCHER: JOHNNY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON: MICHELE. OH YEAH IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRANSFER CALLS WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE PERSON BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME KNOW ONE KNEW ANYTHING...OR IF ONE OF YOUR SALES PEOPLE IS COVERING FOR ANOTHER DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE BECAUSE I HEARD THE COMMENTS....

We are sorry for your loss and understand the frustration you were going through. As we were contacted on your situation we accommodated your move with another carrier based on your schedule. We do not believe there was a communication error on our part.
