I will say this, AA Automovers got the job done, in the quoted time. My car arrived on time and in good condition. However, and this is a HUGE however, I will not use this company again.

The main reason I chose this company, was because their website claims "Realtime Satellite Tracking". The car I was having transported, was a rare collector's car, and I wanted to keep an eye on my shipment. After my car was picked up, I contacted AA Automovers' Customer Service and asked them to provide the "Tracking Code", so I could Log In to their website and track my car. The Customer Service agent did not know what I was talking about. After a supervisor came on the line, I was told that they no longer provided a tracking service. When I inquired to their Customer Service regarding this, I received no reply to my MULTIPLE e-mails. Per their Customer Service Supervisor, I was to contact the shipping company directly (as AA Automovers is just a broker). The actual shipping company did not have any way of tracking its vehicles.

As I stated, the only reason I used this company was for their Satellite tracking, which they still advertise to this day. I am a victim of FALSE ADVERTISING and I feel like I have been purposely deceived and ignored by AA Automovers.

This review is false. No where in our advertising or documents do we offer ‘real time satellite tracking.' I am requesting Scott to forward to me the ‘false advertising'. If he can't provide it, he needs to amend this review as he said we got the job done in the quoted time.
