We had quotes between 550 and 850 for standard delivery. Ave up to 8 business days. You folks were on the higher end but I am a firm believer that sometimes you get what you pay for. Nick De esposito was our rep and offered us an "express" type program that appeared to cut that time in half. Or so we thought . My customer paid 275.00 extra so he could have the car before Easter weekend. Pickup schedule was 4/3 to 4/7. Actual pickup was 4/9 and delivered after we closed at 6pm 4/11. I had to interrupt my holiday weekend to meet driver Don Echols on a Sat evening and my customer didn't get his new Viper until Mon, 13th. 10 days after I contracted.
I do want to say that Don did an awesome job and obviously is quite the pro when it comes to taking care of the cargo. That is what is most important after all. however, understandably my customer wonders why he paid extra for "express" shipping. He wants his 275 refunded.We have already paid you in full with certified funds as requested. How you respond to the refund request will be a major factor in our decision to use your services again.Have a good day!
